To properly serve you, Fenfyre may collect certain indirect and/or aggregate information as a result of the use of, and interaction with, the Service (“Usage Information”). In addition, to use the Service to submit and upload data to our servers, equipment, and networks (“Member Data”) you will need to create an account. To set up an account, you will need to provide several types of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”).
Personal Information refers to information that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, phone number, email, postal address, and possibly information relating to certain support or customer service issues. We also ask for your credit or debit card information (“Card Information”) if you sign up for a member account. This information will be required to properly service you and your business with our Site and Services.
We may share Card Information with trusted third parties in order to bill you for our service. The information of third-party vendors will be disclosed at the time of use, in accordance with GDPR Art. 13. We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing, and we send billing information to those third parties to process your orders and payments or to validate your credit card information on file. Card Information is encrypted during transmission and whenever stored within our systems or with our vendors. In addition to utilizing encryption that meets the US Government’s FIPS 140-2 Certification, we take care to store only the amount of information required to bill you for services. Our credit card processing vendors use security measures to protect your information both during the transaction and after it’s complete. Credit card processing vendors are certified as compliant with multiple industry-standard compliance frameworks including the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Service Provider Level 1, the SSAE-16 audit standard.
To enhance your experience and provide a more personalized service, we offer the option to connect your account to certain third-party services, including, but not limited to, your email account, your Meta and Meta Ads accounts, your Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts, your YouTube account, your Steam account, your Blue Sky account, and your Twitter account. This access is strictly optional and requires your explicit opt-in consent. If you choose to connect any Third-Party Accounts, your information will be used for the sole purpose of improving the delivery of our services to you. Fenfire will not publish, modify, create, send, edit, or in any other way control the information that is made public by your accounts. You may revoke our access at any time.
We may supplement information you provide to us with information from other sources, such as information to validate or update your address, payment card or other demographic and lifestyle information. We use this information to help us maintain the accuracy of the information we collect, to enable us to fulfill our products and services, to target our communications so that we can inform you of products, services and offers that may be of interest, and for internal business analysis or other business purposes consistent with our mission.
Tracking technologies may record information such as Internet domain and host names; protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns; the MAC address or other technical information from your mobile device; general location information through GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, or similar technologies; and dates and times that our Site and Services are accessed. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web. Web servers, the computers that ‘serve up’ webpages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. Prior to sharing your Personal Information with others, agreements are made between Fenfyre and such outside parties to whom we are transferring data to provide for the allowable use and security of the transferred information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. If Fenfyre becomes aware that any such outside party is improperly using or disclosing Personal Information, it will notify that outside party and request that it take reasonable steps to cease such use or disclosure. Fenfyre will not enter into any contracts that result in a material lessening of the of the restrictions on the use or disclosure of your Personal Information.
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.

We may sell or buy other businesses or entities. In such event, we may transfer or assign the information we have collected as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
